At our establishment in Vitulazio operates an office with coordination staff for the technical support service and management, placed near by the warehouse of the interchangeable pieces which is supplied and organized in order to satisfy the urgent requirements for eventual interferences. Apart from the fact that the last is well equipped and supplied, there exists an excellent workshop that contrives all the reparations and revisions online in accordance to the elevated quality standards. This organisational structure is supported by a team of competent and experienced in the filed technicians that have to cover all the Italian territory.  Thanks to our valid team we can assert to be able to assure high efficiency in the technical interferences and in the supply of the interchangeable pieces, because the functioning and the reparation of the product have to be always on top.

The support service of CDV is addressed to all the CDV clients who would like to make a demand for support services of technical, administrative or commercial character. Through the web interface regarding the support services, in fact it is possible to open an account (a support demand) selecting one of the categories available, where are listed and presented all the services disbursed by the CDV. All this has the scope to simplify and accelerate to the maximum all types of communication between the CDV and its customers/clients.

The Customer Care is a Support centre that offers assistance to our customers, aiming to help resolving specific problems. Our goal is to make our customers use, if possible in the way most satisfying, the solutions that we are proposing.
